Meet Your Therapists

Erin is a licensed massage therapist with training in therapeutic bodywork, Mindfulness, and client-centered care. She holds a Master's of Science in Educational Research, which informs her commitment to evidence-informed practice, clinical reasoning and individualized treatment planning. For over 20 years she has practiced and taught Hatha yoga and meditation through the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction tradition (Jon Kabat-Zinn), supporting clients in reducing stress and improving body awareness.
Her work specializes in nervous system regulation and the treatment of chronic muscular tension through slow precise myofascial Swedish techniques (Ian Harvey - Massage Sloth). She works with the understanding that the nervous system plays a central role in how the body holds and releases tension. Sessions are designed to support pain reduction, improve mobility, and promote relaxation in a safe and supportive environment. Additionally she is trained in Ayurvedic Panchakarma therapy, a 5,000-year-old traditional system of holistic health. She was a therapist at the Ayurvedic Health Retreat in Alachua under the guidance of experienced Ayurvedic practitioners.

Becca has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 10 years graduating from First Coast Technical College in Jacksonville Florida in 2015.
She has worked extensively in therapeutic massage modalities under the supervision of several local Chiropractors. In these clinics Becca gained valuable experience working with various clients who have been recovering from automobile accidents, injuries, and chronic pain.

Additionally, Becca gained experience at one of Gainesville's premier spas, where she developed her skills in Swedish massage and relaxation-focused techniques. This experience allows her to bring a calming, restorative touch to clients seeking relaxation and stress relief.

In 2023, Becca completed specialized training in manual cupping therapy, adding this versatile modality to her therapeutic massage skill set. She finds cupping especially helpful for areas of muscle tension, restricted movement, and physical strain. Becca uses cupping as a complementary technique to help release stubborn tension, encourage circulation, and support mobility, always tailoring the treatment to each clients needs and comfort.
